Decatur II Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are being accepted for 49 affordable rental apartments at 2727 Decatur Avenue in the Fordham section of the Bronx. This building is being constructed through the Low-Income Affordable Marketplace Program (LAMP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the 421A Affordable Housing Program of New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
