Decatur Terrace Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are being accepted for 121 affordable housing rental apartments at  3322 Decatur Avenue in the Norwood section of the Bronx. This building was constructed through the New Housing Opportunities Program (New HOP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation and the Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Multifamily New Construction Participation Loan Program (PLP). The size, rent and targeted income distribution for the 121 apartments are as follows.
